At Reloved Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-loved fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided all security tags remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Reloved Again account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer labels, authenticity cards, and Reloved Again security tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our authentication team inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
